What this site is

Davos Events is an independent concierge. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the World Economic Forum, and we do not sell or allocate WEF badges or official Annual Meeting credentials.

Listings, side events, venues and profiles on this site are published for information. Availability, pricing and access conditions change constantly during Annual Meeting week and are confirmed only in a written proposal from us.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry does not reserve anything and does not create a contract. Nothing is held for you until we confirm it in writing and any deposit terms in that confirmation are met.

Prices shown are indicative, quoted per night in Swiss francs, and exclude taxes, tourist levies and service charges unless stated otherwise in a proposal.

Third-party properties and events

Properties are owned and operated by third parties, and side events are run by their respective hosts. Where we arrange access, the terms of the property or host apply to your stay or attendance alongside ours.

Access to invitation-only and application-only events is at the sole discretion of the organiser. We can introduce and advocate; we cannot guarantee admission.

Acceptable use

Please do not scrape, resell or republish the directory, attempt to disrupt the service, or submit enquiries on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.

The content, design and compiled directory on this site belong to us or our licensors.

Liability

We provide the website as it is, and we do not warrant that every listing detail is complete or current. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
