Restaurant tables during meeting week are among the hardest reservations in Europe. The grand hotels — the Belvédère, the Flüela, the Seehof — run their dining rooms at capacity, and walk-ins are effectively impossible.
The move for most delegations is a private chef in the residence. It removes the logistics of getting a group across a snowy town at night, keeps conversation private, and lets you host your own guests on your own terms.
