Getting to Davos from Zurich
Zurich Airport to Davos by private transfer, train and helicopter — timings, trade-offs and what we recommend for meeting week.
Davos sits about 150 km from Zurich Airport in the Graubünden Alps. The classic route is a private transfer of roughly two to two and a half hours, or the scenic train via Landquart, which is reliable and comfortable but slower with luggage.
During meeting week, road traffic and security checks add time. We plan transfers with buffer and pre-clear vehicles where possible. For the time-sensitive, helicopter transfers from Zurich are available weather-permitting and cut the journey to around 40 minutes.
